The GRDL Pregnancy Belt is an ergonomically designed maternity support belt developed by a Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to help support comfort, mobility and everyday movement throughout pregnancy.
Designed to provide gentle support to the lower abdomen, pelvis and lower back, the GRDL Pregnancy Belt helps women stay active and comfortable as their bodies adapt during pregnancy.
Its adjustable design provides personalised support throughout each trimester, making it suitable for daily wear at home, work or during light activity.

Care Instructions:
Gentle hand wash and rise well in cool water to remove soap residue. Do not use fabric softener.
Line dry. Do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean. Prevent rolling, ensure straps are fastened prior to washing.

Made from durable and lightweight neoprene, with silicone, nylon and spandex for compression, comfort and support. Latex free.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express Shipping options available at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of many of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are always respected.
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange if a product is:
- Faulty or damaged
- Significantly different from its description or imagery
- Not fit for its intended purpose
- Unsafe
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@oriehealth.com.au. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.
For any questions regarding product suitability during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or alongside medications, we recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner before use.
To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers and may take several business days to appear in your account.
