We use Australia Post for all domestic shipping, with regular and express options available.


Returns

Please choose carefully as we usually do not provide refunds or exchange goods in the event of change of mind. We will provide a refund or exchange in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, which enables you to return a product that is:

• Faulty

• Significantly different to those shown or described

• Not fit for purpose

• Unsafe

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please contact our customer service team via email so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify as quickly as possible - hello@oriehealth.com.au

If you are unsure of what you need before making a purchase please let us know, we are always here to help and guide you. For any specific information regarding product safety for use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with any medication use, we always recommend you follow the advice of your healthcare practitioner.

To be eligible for a return, your products must be sent back in an acceptable condition and within 10 days of purchase.To start a return, contact us at hello@oriehealth.com.au with your details, along with your order number. When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on returning your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
