We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express Shipping options available at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Returns & Exchanges

At Orie, we're committed to helping you find the right products for your health and wellbeing. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you before purchasing, please reach out - we're always happy to offer guidance and support.

Due to the nature of many of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are always respected.

You may be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange if a product is:

• Faulty or damaged
• Significantly different from its description or imagery
• Not fit for its intended purpose
• Unsafe

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@oriehealth.com.au. We'll review the issue and work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

For any questions regarding product suitability during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or alongside medications, we recommend speaking with your healthcare practitioner before use.

To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers and may take several business days to appear in your account.
