Efemia Bladder Support is a reusable, medical-grade silicone device designed to help reduce stress urinary incontinence in women aged 18 years and over.

How do I use Efemia Urinary Control?

  • The Efemia urinary support device for women is intended to be used to temporarily alleviate involuntary urine leakage caused by stress incontinence.
  • This incontinence support device can be worn up to 16 continuous hours per 24 hour period
    - or, it can be used just when you expect episodes of stress incontinence. E.g. when you play sport.
  • The Efemia Bladder Support device is inserted the same way as a tampon.
  • Whilst you don’t need to, you can remove the incontinence control device to empty your bladder or bowel and then reinsert it again after.
  • Use water-based lubricant to prevent chafing if you are sensitive in the vulvar and/or vaginal area.

When NOT to use Efemia Bladder Leakage Support:

  • DO NOT use if pregnant
  • Check with your doctor before starting use post-natally
  • Stop using and see your health professional if you experience any problems that do not go away by ceasing or reducing use
  • Designed for use by those 18yo and older

To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers and may take several business days to appear in your account.
