How Caya® works

During and after sexual intercourse, Caya® helps prevent sperm from entering the uterus. After intercourse, the diaphragm must remain in the vagina for at least 6 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers and may take several business days to appear in your account.
