- Carefully selected active ingredients offer comfort, calming, and soothing care to dry and irritated intimate skin
- V-soothe contains premium active ingredients, such as Resveratrol, Allantoin and Sea buckthorn fruit oil, which have been clinically proven for their ability to calm, comfort, moisturize and revive dry, sensitive and distressed skin
- V-soothe contains no harsh chemicals, preservatives (parabens), emulsifiers (SLS, SLES, ALS), fragrances, or colors
- V-soothe cream is intentionally formulated with the beneficial microbiome in mind
- V-Soothe is formulated with a gentle, natural preservative: a postbiotic derived from beneficial bacteria, Lactobacillus ferment. This ingredient offers antimicrobial support while respecting and reinforcing the beneficial microbiome of the intimate area

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, with both Standard and Express Shipping options available at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of many of our products, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. However, your rights under Australian Consumer Law are always respected.

To request a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between banks and payment providers and may take several business days to appear in your account.
